Welcome to this beautiful villa in Italy.
Inside a large property, surrounded by rows of vines and an immense expanse of greenery, this villa with a wonderful landscape and a direct contact with nature, offers lots of relaxation in a warm and exclusive atmosphere.
Here the welcome is celebrated by opening a good bottle of wine. A unique business card that will immediately make you toast your stay!
The house can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The outside space is very large with a comfortable swimming pool bordered by greenery on two sides and a tiled with sun loungers and a pergola on the rest. Here you can also sit on comfortable sofas for an aperitif, a long drink or a chat with friends.
Always outdoor you can easily have lunch or dinner as the structure offers different open-air or indoor solutions all capable of welcoming families, groups and small groups.
Inside you will be welcomed in a large hall with very high trussed ceilings, wooden beams, terracotta tiles. The warm colors of the walls and the large openings to the outside make the environment warm and bright at the same time. The bedrooms in the sleeping area are also very large, some with a mezzanine and all overlooking the countryside.
Nearby you can visit the city of Arezzo and some towns in Valdarno and Chianti.
