The outbuilding, once an ancient horse shelter, has been beautifully restored into a Gallura-style "stazzo." It includes a large master bedroom with a Provencal canopy bed, a cozy double room with an enchanting bathroom, and a living room with an equipped kitchen opening onto aromatic gardens. Outdoors, guests will find a large swimming pool surrounded by olive and fruit trees, two barbecue areas including one in Nuragic style, and terraces designed for dining and relaxation. Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including both the main residence and the outbuilding, the private pool, gardens, terraces, patios, and all barbecue areas. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area, visiting archaeological sites, and reaching nearby beaches and villages. The property includes ample outdoor space for parking. Certified sanitation is included for guest safety. The outdoor veranda overlooks the pool and garden and includes a shaded dining area with a stone table, oven, and barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals.
