It’s a fully self-contained apartment having a spacious well equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge and microwave. Large sitting area with corner sofa and armchairs, smart TV and electric log burner. Dining area that seats up to 6. Spacious light and airy looking over the valley.
Walk down stairs to the second bedroom with sitting area with bistro table. Smart TV. There’s a separate lobby entrance for outdoor clothes and Utility area with washer / dryer and Belfast sink.
With superfast 100Mbps dedicated fibre broadband, it makes it a great place to get away and work away. A beautiful space to gather and relax with friends and family and a chance to walk in 55 acres of meadows and woods.

The Neighborhood
you can enjoy wonderful walks, places to sit and time to be. From the buildings the land slopes down to a stream in the valley below. There are two large ponds, one with a beach with logs and rocks to sit on and the other one is near an old stone bridge that leads you on to the old drovers way. You’ll find a flock of North Ronaldsay rare breed sheep, pygmy goats, various ducks which live in their own castle, many varieties of hens and other wildlife.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
