The Villa is a place of charm and peace, less than two kilometers from Osimo – the city of the “headless” – and a few minutes’ drive from the Marian shrine of Loreto and the Conero beaches, Villa is a 17th century residence, renovated with loving attention to detail and respect for its history of these places made of history, museums, villages and cathedrals.

From the entrance, the charm of the place is magical. Inside, the Villa can accommodate up to 12 people in 7 spacious rooms where classic marries modernity. For sunny days, there is a large garden outdoors with different areas for relaxation, to spend pleasant moments of reading but also for parties, parties and long chats or walks. In case of rain you can always distract yourself in the foosball and billiards room or use the barbecue area.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
