What makes the house special, in addition to the modern interior and great location, is the yard with lots of Mediterranean vegetation, seating and sunbathing areas and an infinity pool measuring 3x12.5m. Sunbeds, parasols and pool towels are provided.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all parts of the villa and in the courtyard.
The villa has its own parking for 2 vehicles in the yard.
Smoking is not allowed in the house, but it is allowed in the yard and on the terraces.
The villa is secured by video surveillance (only the outer boundaries of the property, not the interior of the house), fire protection (smoke detectors in each room) and burglar alarm system. Security systems are connected to the Security company, which, in the event of an alarm, immediately appears on the spot.
NIt is possible to dock by boat and tie it, right in front of the house.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
