The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with views of the private swimming pool and the sea. A fireplace adds a cozy touch to the living space. The well-equipped kitchen with a spacious island is perfect for those who enjoy cooking. Adjacent to the living room is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a private entrance. The upper floor has two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms—one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony offering stunning sea views. The top-floor bedroom with two single beds can be connected upon request to form a double bed. The entire villa is air-conditioned and features ceiling fans for those who prefer eco-friendly cooling.

A house guide and arrival orientation will be provided before the stay. Events are allowed with prior arrangement, and pets are welcome upon request. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
