The Sanctuary - False Cape Escape II A125
False Cape Escape II is a pool lovers’ paradise and a great family getaway. Located at pool level, it’s bright and airy and just steps away from the courtyard pool and outdoor Viking grills. You are also conveniently located near the stairs for a quick getaway to the beach.
Fully equipped with three large TVs and DVD players in each room; there is a 55-inch TV with surround sound in the living room area. The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and spacious closet will be everything you need to enjoy your poolside paradise. The secondary bedroom features a queen size bed and a relaxing retreat. A fully stocked kitchen and steps away from the amenities will also include a private fenced patio to enjoy the space.
The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.
