This elegant 5 bedroom villa of Point of View is surrounded by manicured gardens and has breathtaking views of the ocean which makes it very popular vacation rental. The world famous Sandy Lane resort and beach is a 3 minute drive from here as is Holetown where you have all the best high-end shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
Point of View has 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 more which are located in the cottage nearby. The main house its self is beautifully decorated with warm tones complemented by elegant furnishings. The main living space features an open-concept design with a large living room, high ceilings, and plush furniture under a lovely chandelier. A large flat screen TV dons the wall in this space and provides entertainment for all the family. Have your meals outside in the alfresco dining room where you can enjoy a wonderful meal prepared by the staff chef.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
