This stunning ocean front four-bedroom villa has panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea with the island of Montserrat towards the horizon and Ffryes beach below. The huge wrap around deck provides spacious outdoor living with an infinity edged pool, secluded sunbathing area, covered lounge, dining and fully equipped BBQ Kitchen. Expansive sliding doors from the wrap around deck lead into the beautifully furnished large lounge, dining area, wet bar and open plan kitchen.
Three ensuite bedrooms on the first floor, including a fabulous master bedroom lead on to a large wrap around balcony with a fully furnished covered lounge all affording remarkable ocean views and memorable sunsets. The fourth ensuite bedroom leads off from the main living area and overlooks the infinity edged pool. Air-conditioning is throughout, with ceiling fans as well. All rooms have high speed broadband Internet and Smart TV.

Located on the south-west coast of Antigua, on a waterfront bluff, between the white sands of Antigua’s beautiful Ffryes and Darkwood beaches. It is approximately a 30-minute drive from the VC Bird International Airport. Our Concierge service can provide fast tracking on arrival and VIP transfers. Jolly Harbour Marina is just a 5-minute drive away, where there is an excellent choice of restaurants and a shopping centre. The main town of St John’s is a 20-minute drive from Tamarind Hills.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
