Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- At Salma House, we are dedicated to providing our guests with a luxurious and memorable experience. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:
- Smoking Policy
- Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor areas.
- Smoking inside the rooms or anywhere else in the house is strictly prohibited.
- In case of violation, a $300 USD fine will be applied.
- Visitor Policy
- Guests are allowed to have visitors, additional charges will apply to the visitor's entry ONLY IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 16 PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE:
- $50 USD per person for daytime visits.
- $80 USD per person for overnight stays.
- It is mandatory to provide documentation for all individuals included in the reservation at the time of booking.
- Visitors are always the responsibility of the guest.
- Any unregistered visitor arriving after check-in will automatically incur the mentioned charges.
- Photography and Commercial Use
- The use of Salma House for special photographic or commercial purposes is allowed, but must be coordinated in advance with us.
- Any unauthorized or paid photographic activity will incur an automatic fine and may result in the request for eviction from the property.
- Packages and Additional Services
- Guests wishing to purchase special packages (alcoholic beverages, spa services, transportation, cocktails, dining experiences, etc.) must pay for these services in advance.
- Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival to arrange these services.
- Quiet Hours
- Outdoor areas, including the pool and jacuzzi, may have music until 1:00 AM.
- After this time, if you wish to continue with music, you must move your gathering indoors, where live music can be played without disturbing the neighbors' peace.
