In the living area, you’ll find a spacious living room with a dining table and Smart TV; a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing your meals; a service bathroom and, of course, a large terrace with outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy your meals al fresco. In the bedroom area, you’ll find a suite with a double bed and a French balcony; a single bedroom with a bunk bed and a double bedroom with a work desk, on the second floor of the villa. And a complete bathroom with all the amenities for your stay. For your convenience, our villa has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with channels, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Book now! If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. After check-out time without permits, a fee of 200€ per hour will be charged. If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request. We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! Just ask! For bookings of 28 nights or more we have a limit of €230 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host’s staff in to inspect the property, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose. You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request! To make Matosinhos more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into force. The fee of €2.00 is not included in the price of the stay and applies to guests over 16 years of age.It is charged per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
