The Neighborhood
Forest Hills is part of the Meridian Kessler neighborhood. A historic area situated between Downtown and the north side of Indy. It's a very walkable area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. A very family and dog friendly neighborhood. It's a great central location. Close access to the Monon trail, for biking and walking.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,No Extra guests beyond the maximum of 6.
- Extra guest fee will be $100/per guest, per night if maximum is exceeded.
- Notice to guests with kids:
- This house is not childproofed and there can be hazards for toddlers and kids that like to run in the house. Due to the sharp pointed wood sculpture and the thorny tumbleweed on the first floor, please take extra care around these items. We want to ensure safety and prevent anyone from getting hurt.
- If you do have a toddler, I can remove the tumbleweed and cleaning products from the kitchen upon request.
