Bay Watch 1635 Nothing says ’vacation’ like the beach! This beachfront condo in an oceanfront resort is the perfect choice for your next family adventure. There are several outdoor pools, kiddie pools, lazy river indoors and outdoors, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs. There is a total of 18 water features on the property! If you’re worried about staying in shape during your vacay, the fitness center on-site will have your back. You can pack as light as you would like considering this resort also offers on-site laundry facilities. Additional amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen with all the essentials (no dishwasher), a private balcony overlooking the beach, a flatscreen TV with cable, and free high-speed WiFi and Internet! Coin laundry facilities located on the ground level of the building High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Property Manager South Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 16. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
