The apartment has everything you need for any type of stay, two bedrooms with a king size bed, two full bathrooms as well as a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a beautiful and spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.
I give my guests independence, but I am available if they need me.
In order to keep our prices low, we don’t include electric in longterm reservations (28 days or more).
Aldea Zama is located in a central area of Tulum, near the archaeological zone, hotels, the beach, the town of Tulum and some cenotes, which makes it possible to explore the area by bicycle. If you bring a car, you can park freely in front of the building and surroundings.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
