This 750 sqft / 70 sqm two-bedroom apartment offers a combined living, kitchen and dining space, featuring a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a small coffee table and a 50" Smart TV as well as a dining table and chairs for four people. The U-shaped kitchen features top-brand appliances such as a Nespresso machine, a full size fridge, freezer and an oven, amongst others. The whole room is flooded by natural light thanks to its big windows and the space also boasts a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, overlooking the square below.
The two cozy bedrooms are fitted with large wardrobes, desks and windows to enjoy the natural light. Both have queen-size beds and are tranquil since the face the back of the building. The modern bathroom features a large walk-in shower and there is also a separate laundry room that offers both a washer and dryer. Camp de l'Arpa neighborhood is a tranquil residential neighborhood with many amenities located between the districts of Eixample and Sant Martí.
