The third level features a roomy living area for the whole family: you’ll find plenty of space in the great room to host a family gathering. Everyone will feel right at home sitting together on the comfy couches while watching a great flick on the flatscreen TV. Want to dine indoors or get a little sun? The dining area features a table for eight, as well as access to this level’s covered sun deck, which includes table-seating for four and new plywood seating for additional guests. The kitchen, with granite counter-tops and hardwood flooring, is well-equipped with everything necessary to create delicious dishes. For the little ones in the group, a highchair has been provided so no one misses out on the get-together. The first level is also where guests will find the King bedroom that offers private access to the screened-in porch. A Full bath provides an expansive sink area and walk-in shower. Head down to the second level to find two spacious yet cozy Queen bedrooms, as well as the home’s pyramid bunk bedroom - fun for the little ones! A separate room includes a bonus den area, a perfect spot to watch your favorite show or snooze on the brand new full sleeper sofa! Hang out on the wrap-around deck outside, sit back in a rocking chair and listen to the waves in the distance. Convenience lies around every corner - you’ll also find the home’s laundry area on the first level. The first level deck invites everyone to come relax in the pool or hot tub. Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.** **Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.** **For your safety and security, the entrance to this home is monitored by camera. Any attempt to dismantle, move, or tamper with the camera device in any way is a violation of our house rules and additional charges may apply.** Check-In begins at 4pm.
