This exquisite home away from home is located in one of the most sought-after Southwest Cape neighborhoods with unparalleled water views. You can have coffee overlooking the canal or while sitting on the lanai, or just enjoy kicking back fishing off the dock. The dock is usable to dock a boat or launch the kayaks to have the ultimate experience. Follow the canal right to the ocean. There is also one adult bike available that you can take for a spin and get to know the neighborhood better. You will be close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment for all ages. Fort Myers is roughly 8.3 miles away.
This snowbird-friendly home is all about outdoor living and entertainment. The screened lanai hosts a sparkling heated pool with a pool spa where you all can cool down and treat yourselves to a much-deserved soothing bath. Lounge in the poolside seating area while the grilling master of the group prepares delicious burgers and hot dogs on the BBQ grill available. Then, enjoy these grilled treats at the outdoor dining area with direct views of the pool and canal.
Upon entering this desirable home away from home, you will find an extremely bright and light open floor plan with tiled floors and vaulted ceilings. Spread out comfortably in the living area and take advantage of the free high-speed WiFi to stream a favorite series on the smart TV with a Samsung sound dock. When mealtime comes, prepare savory homemade meals for the group in the well-appointed kitchen, which offers newer appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a breakfast room.
The primary bedroom is spacious and features a convenient desk and desk chair, a smart TV, and a heavenly en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a regular shower, and a separate soaking tub. The other two bedrooms also have smart TVs. Additional perks include an on-site washer/dryer and board games.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
