Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8-10): • Bedroom 1 (Primary): King Bed with En Suite Bath • Bedroom 2: King Bed with Shared En Suite Bath • Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with Shared En Suite Bath • Casita: Queen Bed with En Suite Bath • Living Room: Full Murphy Bed (For Kids Only) You will have exclusive and private access to the entire property, including the main house, the private casita, the pool, hot tub, and all outdoor living areas. The property features a private entrance and is fully fenced for your privacy. • City ID: 031840 • City Requirements: The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to sign an additional rental agreement. You will also be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of your vehicles after your reservation is confirmed. This is a mandatory step for all vacation rentals in the city. • Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please request this service in advance. • Optional Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please request this service at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Pool heating must be for consecutive days. • Pet Fee: A flat fee of $75 per stay applies for guests bringing dogs (max 2). • Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, a 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
