Just outside the kitchen is the half bath. The primary bedroom has a king bed, views of the private backyard, and a 4k Smart TV along with an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom is large and contains a two-sink vanity, large sunken tub and separate walk-in shower. Adjacent to the primary bedroom are two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The second guest bedroom has one queen bed and an en-suite guest bathroom as well. The third guest bedroom also boasts one queen bed and an en-suite guest bathroom. There is an additional room which is quite large that sits above the garage. This room will be utilized as a second living space and gaming area. There will be a gaming table along with couch and love seat surrounding yet another 4k Smart TV. A stunning new 15’x40’ Saltwater Pool and Spa is complete!! This pool is large and was very well designed. No expense was spared in the construction of this resort-quality pool and spa. Several chaise lounge chairs as well as a family seating area all adorn this lovely area. The beach can be accessed by a short bike ride, short drive for parking at the Dunes House Beach Bar and Grill or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which is a seasonal, free and on-call beach shuttle service provided for Palmetto Dunes Guests only.
