A convenient half bath is also located on the first floor for guest use. The first-floor primary bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a custom-tiled walk-in shower. Upstairs, a landing with a comfortable couch and wall-mounted Smart TV leads to two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a king bed plus a twin bunk set, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a custom-tiled tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom features two queen beds, Smart TV, and its own en-suite bathroom with a custom-tiled tub/shower combination. Step outside to your private deck with an outdoor dining table and propane grill, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing while taking in the golf course views. The villa’s prime location provides easy access to the beach, either with a short walk or by calling the seasonal, on-call Palmetto Dunes Buggy. Within walking distance, you’ll also find the Robert Trent Jones clubhouse, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, Alexander’s Restaurant, the General Store, and Big Jim’s Restaurant.
