The spacious living room features a flat-screen HDTV, wet bar, and plush seating, with direct access to a private deck complete with a propane grill and outdoor dining area perfect for relaxing or entertaining against a peaceful lagoon backdrop.
The formal dining room comfortably seats eight and also overlooks the lagoon, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and bar seating for casual meals. Adjacent is a screened-in porch with conversational lounge seating and an additional dining table, ideal for shaded outdoor meals or enjoying the evening breeze.
The main floor hosts two bedrooms, including the primary suite with a king bed, work desk, access to the screened-in porch, walk-in closet, and spa-like en-suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, tiled walk-in shower, dual vanities, and built-in shelving.
