This fourth floor Hampton Place condominium has been completely gutted and renovated. As you enter this luxurious condominium, you’ll first notice its open concept and beautiful luxury vinyl floors throughout. The kitchen is completely new with custom Farmington beadboard style cabinets, stainless steel appliances and beautiful Fantasy Brown polished Quartz countertops. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you’re accustomed to in your own home. The dining area is updated with a chair and bench style dining set which comfortably seats six.
The living area is wonderfully decorated with antique yet beach-centric finishes that will thrill all who experience it.
The Primary bedroom features a new king bed and bedding, HDTV, and an en-suite Primary bathroom. The bathroom is incredible with it’s custom double vanity, large tiled walk-in shower with rainfall shower head as well as a separate jetted sunken tub. Although the master closet is not available for guest use the large second bedroom closet has more than ample hanging space (as shown in the picture included)
On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom with two double beds, HDTV as well as its own en-suite guest bathroom. The bathroom is completely updated with custom vanity cabinets and quartz countertops and another large tiled walk-in shower. Outside on your private balcony there is seating for several with fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean! The Hampton Place complex features a large community swimming pool, separate lap pool, hot tub, grilling and entertaining areas.

**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from approximately 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise. For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
