This newly updated Hickory Cove villa is located within a five minute walk of the beach, the tennis and pickleball club and the first tee of the Robert Trent Jones golf course. This fantastic villa features two bedrooms and three baths, with a newly updated and fully equipped kitchen and full sized laundry room along with newly remodeled bathrooms. The kitchen updates include all-new appliances and new customized cabinetry with updated hardware! The carpet has been recently replaced and the villa has been newly painted throughout. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room equipped with a 42 inch Smart TV, queen-size sleeper sofa as well as a full bath. The living room furniture has just been updated as of November 2023. Sliding glass doors from the living room will lead you outside to an elevated deck furnished with a table with four chairs along with a gas grill. Completing the first floor is the Primary bedroom with king bed, Smart TV and a remodeled private bathroom with new quartz countertops. A small balcony off this room is great for a quick breath of fresh air! The guest bedroom is located on the second floor and offers one twin bed and one double bed with a remodeled bathroom along with a private balcony. There is also a daybed with a trundle bed on the landing furnished with bright colors. This delightful two bedroom townhouse will comfortably accommodate up to six people. Additional amenities include a large on-site pool within short walking distance. Two free hours of tennis or pickleball court time per day (first come first served) and wireless internet help to make this villa ideal for golfers, a small family or group of friends. Complex Pool is open April 1 - September 30 and hours and dates are subject to change. No pets are allowed at this property.
