The dining room has seating for eight and a wall of windows flanking a French door that opens to the outside deck. The deck has an outdoor dining table for four. Steps lead down from the deck to the pool with outdoor foot shower. The kitchen features state-of-the-art, stainless steel appliances including double wall ovens and a professional style gas counter-top range. A large and open dining/serving counter with four barstools connects the kitchen and the adjoining dining room. The Bedroom 1 features TV/DVD, a large window with a pool view and a spacious private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 and 3 both feature TV/DVD. Up a half flight of stairs is the large, cathedral ceiling bonus room, which is furnished as bedroom 4 offers 4 Twin Bunk beds with 2 Trundles and a TV/DVD....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
