Welcome to Canyon Mesa Getaway! This townhouse, located within the gated community of Canyon Mesa Golf Country Club in the Village of Oak Creek, boasts unparalleled red rock views and provides convenient access to Sedona’s attractions and activities
This delightful home covers 1,574 square feet and includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering plenty of room to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably.
Guests enter through the home’s front door, stepping into the open floor plan main living area that includes the living room, kitchen, and dining area.
Living Room: Featuring cozy furnishings such as a leather sofa and equipped with a 50” Smart TV for entertainment, the townhouse ensures a pleasant stay. Guests are also welcome to make use of the outdoor patio area. Please be aware that the fireplace is non-operational and serves solely as a decorative element.
Kitchen: The kitchen comes equipped with sleek black appliances, including a flat-top stove, and is stocked with all the essentials needed for preparing a complete meal. You can enjoy your morning coffee in the cozy breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen.
Dining Area: This space offers a wood formal table that offers seating for 6.

Master Bedroom —Features a King bed, a 32” smart TV, spacious closet and access to the back patio. En Suite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

Outdoor Area: Guests can relax in the outdoor seating area that features a dining table, offering direct views of the stunning red rocks. Additionally, a propane BBQ grill is ready for preparing your favorite dishes.
Community Amenities: The gated community of Canyon Mesa Golf Country Club offers pools, seasonal hot tub, tennis courts, and pickleball courts for guests to enjoy. Please note the tennis and pickleball course do have a small fee with limited hours for use. Guests can play the nine-hole golf course for an additional fee. Pool is typically open mid-late April through early-mid November and the hot tub is open year-round.
