There is a private driveway for two cars. Fabulous internet of 200 megas! Great for virtual working. Includes a 4 seater golf cart! The first floor bedroom has two twin beds but can be made into a King Bed upon request and with full bathroom. The second floor has the Master Bedroom with King Bed and Bathroom plus private terrace. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with bathroom. The third floor has the spacios living and dining area plus terrace. It also includes a TV room off the kitchen with a full bathroom. There are 3 floors with steps. The first floor has a private laundry area. Four Seater Golf Cart: You will have to sign for the golf cart and no one under 16 can drive the golf cart. Please drive responsibly and please do NOT leave any belonging in the golf cart or key. Take everything with you. There are complimentary charging stations throughout Pacifico. If you need an additional golf cart, there are options. At the time of reservation, you will receive more details on airport transportation, rentals cars, tours and more... We will need the names of all those in your group for the QR codes needed to enter the gated community. You have full access to the home except for the owner’s locked cabinets. There is a garage to use with the golf cart. The Pacifico Beach Club is $35 per person per day and $25 is used as a food/drink credit. The restaurant is open to the public but he use of the beach club is available at this fee.
