Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.
  • Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.
  • Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
  • No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!
  • NO Pets
  • NO Smoking of any kind
  • NO Parties
  • NO Confetti or anything taped to the walls.
  • $100 replacement fee per parking pass/key if the parking passes or pool keys is not left in the condo after checkout.
  • Once you've booked with us, we ask that you keep all communication within the platform you booked on. That's the best way to keep in touch and keep all the details in one place.
