Villa Kalini is perched up on the mountain side of the picturesque seaside village of Nikiana on the island of Lefkada. Every detail has been designed for the comfort of guests and every piece of furniture breathes luxury. You will not be able to get enough of alfresco living at Villa Olivia where there is a corner for everyone to spend time together but also those alone moments for complete serenity and relaxation. Villa Kalini consists of four levels. The main entrance is located on the upper ground floor, where guests walk into a spacious living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The lower ground floor accommodates one double bedroom with ensuite bath, a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden. On the upper floor one can find the third bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
