Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

We do not use lockers for check-in, as we work exclusively with private homes. It is essential for us to verify that the person who checks in is the same person who made the reservation, which allows us to maintain the privacy and exclusivity of our properties and guarantee a comfortable and pleasant stay.
  • For an efficient check-in, we kindly ask you to arrive within the designated hours: from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you are unable to arrive during these hours, we offer late check-in for an additional fee, which covers the costs of having a member of our staff available outside of office hours.
  • Please note that the late check-in fee varies according to the time of arrival and is independent of the rental rates. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to arrange a late check-in and avoid complications.
  • **BABY CRIB/CHILD SEAT
  • We understand that traveling with small children can be a challenge. That is why we offer the option of renting a crib and/or baby seat during your stay. Our houses do not come equipped with these items, but we can provide them for an additional cost. For pricing and availability, please contact us.
  • The availability of cribs and high chairs may be limited, so we recommend booking in advance.
