Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Please read through the information below before your check-in:
- - Parties, events, loud music and noise are strictly not permitted at any time.
- - No heavy-duty cooking. Trigger of smoke alarm could lead to hefty fine payable by guests.
- - Replacement for loss of key is $300/set.
- - Please remember to keep SAUNA and STEAM door closed at all times while using and close sauna door promptly upon entry/exit. In the case you fail to do so, the heat/steam might trigger the fire/smoke alarm, charge from FRV(Fire Rescue Victoria) could be anywhere between $3,000-6,000, in which the total amount will be on charged to the responsible.
- - Please DO NOT remove, rearrange, or replace any FURNITURES, HOMEWARES, or ITEMS in the property or public area in the building. Labour fees and damages will be charged to the responsible.
