Welcome to 22 Hilton Head Beach Villa, located in prime South Forest Beach in the gated Hilton Head Beach Villa complex with state-of-the-art pool facilities. Oceanfront complex with private beach access on site.
This split-level villa is divided into four areas. The lower level features one bedroom with two Full-size beds, a den with a queen sleeper sofa, and an addicting tabletop foosball table for the competitors in the group! You can step out from the den onto the downstairs patio, which has a picnic table, umbrella, and a charcoal grill. The downstairs areas have access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower located right off the entrance. Additionally, the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is also on this level.
The middle level offers the main living area and kitchen, which includes updated appliances and is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. The living room has a comfortable seating area and a huge flatscreen TV to catch the next game or have a movie night! There is another balcony on this level with a high-top table and seating for four, which overlooks the pool area and gives glimpses of the Atlantic Ocean just over the dunes.
The upper level features the final two bedrooms, both with king beds, and each with its own bathroom. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, while the other has a shower/tub combo.
