The guest bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES A hidden oasis, the screened pool deck is enclosed inside a fully fenced backyard. THE LOCATION Take the 18-minute drive to Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, a wetland area along the Caloosahatchee River. Look for birds as you walk the scenic nature trail, or rent kayaks and spend the day out on the water. As Southwest Florida’s largest waterpark, Sun Splash Family Waterpark (a 14-minute drive) offers 14 acres of aquatic fun. Float down the lazy river, venture down one of the park’s many waterslides, or relax by the family pool. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the home’s close proximity to several courses, including the Cape Royal Golf Club (18 minutes away) and Fort Myers Country Club (21 minutes away). No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
