Your dream beach getaway starts here at 119 The Greens, a lovely updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa that comfortably accommodates a family or group of ten. We invite you to make yourself at home in this vacation home away from home!
A spacious open plan with living and dining area that open to the fully-equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy activities together. How about a movie or game night in the living room, or just curl up with a good book on the sofa? Gather around the dining table to enjoy a delicious meal prepared in the kitchen, or to plan your island adventures! The kitchen is the perfect spot to fix everything from the morning coffee, a delightful lunch to enjoy outdoors on the wraparound deck, or a picnic basket full of goodies to enjoy on the beach.
The main floor also includes a spa-like primary en suite with king bed and beautiful views out to the golf course, and there is a sofabed in the living room. You’ll find a laundry closet for your convenience, and we provide a starter pack of Dropps laundry pods for you.
The second floor has two guest suites, one with 2 queen beds and full bath, the other with 2 twin beds. There is also another full bath.
There is much to do in Shipyard Plantation and on Hilton Head Island, so stay for as long as you can. Of course, there’s the amazing beach that never disappoints. Splash in the ocean, build sandcastles, work on your tan, then come back at night for some quiet stargazing punctuated by the soothing sound of water lapping against the sandy shore. Enjoy biking along our famous bike trails highlighted by flora and fauna, or ride along the beach. Take in golf, tennis, watersports, a day trip to Savannah or Charleston, shopping, dining…the options are endless here.
