"Perfectly located, well-appointed and the best terrace in Bluff Villas! My 25-year-old son and I met in HH for a much-needed break and were lucky enough to stay at 1651. The villa was fantastic -- great wifi and perfect spaces for doing a bit of work when necessary. The walk-out terrace and luxurious greenery provided privacy, great views and the perfect spot for evening cocktails. Can’t say enough about the benefits of being on the first floor for convenience and extra room on terrace. It’s a 2-min walk to our favorite bar at the Salty Dog, tennis and bikes were a stone’s throw away. The villa was beautifully furnished and stocked for our every need. It’s a 5-min bike or drive to the beach where we kite surfed and paddle boarded. Sunrise bike rides are definitely encouraged. This place is perfect for a couple or a much-needed...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
