SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.
What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.
Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026
Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025
Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.
Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

Everything has been arranged for your enjoyment and convenience here. Imagine starting off each day grabbing a coffee from your fully equipped kitchen and leisurely strolling to the white sandy beach to breathe in the sea air and listen to the sound of the ocean lapping against the shore. Maybe you’ll meander back to enjoy a hearty breakfast or pack a picnic lunch for an afternoon at the beach. Sit at the dining table or breakfast bara and plan out your adventures for the day. Will you rent bikes and pedal around the island, shop at our unique boutiques, check out the many restaurants for a quick snack or elegant evening meal, play a round of golf, or splash in the pool(only heated in March and April) The fitness center and outdoor hot tub are now open!
Whatever your choice, you have a lovely resort and amazing villa to return to at day’s end. Slip under the cool sheets of the cozy beds and curl up for a restful sleep. Not ready to call it a day? Maybe host a game night or movie night in the large living space (don’t forget the popcorn!). Gather in the kitchen for a quick bedtime snack or a midnight supper. Head back to the beach for some stargazing. There is so much to do that you will want to return often.
