KITCHEN & LOUNGE This brand new apartment is in a great neighborhood with lots of privacy and familiar vibes, so there may be nights when you want to cook and eat your favorite dishes at home. On those nights, use the open plan kitchen (and all its necessary appliances) for cooking a homemade meal. Please note that sharing your arrival time is required and this must be submitted through the check-in form sent once your booking is confirmed. In-person check-in at the tower is required by building management, and our team will be there to assist and welcome you. Kindly note that arrivals after 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur an additional charge of 200 AED. Your passport will only serve the following purposes: 1- notify the building security to allow you in 2- register your stay with tourism authorities The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings. Property Manager does not hold ownership interest in the property. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Property Manager acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Property Manager under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
