Make the most of your stay in a fully equipped apartment in the American neighborhood, with independent and digital access. Inside this building you will find parking so you don’t have to worry about paying for one, a large Coworking so you can work, a pool table so you can distract yourself in your free time inside the same building where you will stay and a Rooftop to enjoy the views of the beautiful city of Guadalajara. Within the area you will find a wide range of cafes, restaurants, bars, quick access to the representative Minerva of Guadalajara, Chapultepec, Expo Guadalajara and Jose Cuervo Express train. For stays longer than 1 week, it is necessary to hire our weekly cleaning fee, with a cost of $350 MXN per week. A damage deposit is required to enter the accommodation, you can select one of our two options: 1) One-time payment of $160.50 MXN. 2) A retainer of $1,500 MXN that is released at the end of the stay if no damages are committed (the reflection of this amount depends on your banking institution). We love to welcome your furry companions! To ensure that everyone enjoys a comfortable stay, we apply a security deposit of $1,000 MXN when staying with pets under 15 kg. This fully refundable amount will only be used if any damage or mess arises during the stay. We want you to feel confident: this measure is only to maintain a pleasant space for everyone, we hope you enjoy your visit together!
