We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use. * No groups under 25 years old * Maximum occupancy of 6 * Outdoor pool is open seasonally, generally starting the week before Memorial Day until mid-September. * Check-out time is 10am, please be sure to depart promptly as we use a professional cleaning company that requires access after 10am. * Guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash down the trash chute, which can be found along the outdoor walkway of each floor. * If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish tablets. * Guests that violate the Town of Ocean City Noise Ordinance or Condo Association rules may face immediate eviction. * Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit. When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 7 days before check in, you’ll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 7 days of check in, no refund will be sent.
