Property Amenities - King size bed queen sleeper - Large outdoor pool - Elevators - Dedicated high-speed WiFi and router w/ ethernet (Xfinity 100Mbps) - 2 Smart TVS with Xfinity, Roku - Washer/Dryer in unit - Keyless check-in 24/7 This one bedroom, one bathroom condo sleeps four guests and features a full kitchen, oceanfront enclosed balcony, dining area, living room, and bayside sitting room. The bedroom has a king size bed, and living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Air conditioning is provided by wall units, and heat from the baseboards. There s also a combo washer/dryer in the closet next to the bathroom, and a working ice maker in the refrigerator. Linens and towels are included with booking! Included: -Linens for each bed -Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth) -A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper RECOMMENDATION: Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking. In the case that anything changes prior to your stay we ll alert you as soon as we know about it. Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit. When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 7 days before check in, you’ll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 7 days of check in, no refund will be sent. If you’re concerned about needing to cancel, we strongly recommend purchasing RentalGuardian’s travel insurance at check out!
