Make the most of your stay in our fully equipped apartments, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Guadalajara. We offer you the opportunity to enjoy all the services and amenities offered by this project, including our charming Skybar, from which you can contemplate the wonderful view of the city. Take advantage of the exceptional location to explore and immerse yourself in the experience that the Chapultepec area has to offer. Here you will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and charming places to live unforgettable moments with your loved ones and make the most of life. For stays longer than 7 days, it is necessary to hire our weekly cleaning fee, with a cost of $400 MXN per week. A damage deposit is required to enter the accommodation, you can select one of our two options: 1) One-time payment of $160.5 MXN. 2) A retainer of $1,500 MXN which is released at the end of the stay if no damages are committed (the reflection of this amount depends on your banking institution). We love to welcome your furry companions! To ensure that everyone enjoys a comfortable stay, we apply a security deposit of $1,000 MXN when staying with pets under 15 kg. This fully refundable amount will only be used if any damage or mess arises during the stay. We want you to feel confident: this measure is only to maintain a pleasant space for everyone, we hope you enjoy your visit together!
