Located on the first floor of a contemporary residence, provides a chic and cozy retreat for families or friends year-round. The Via Lattea slopes are only a 15-minute walk away, offering easy ski-in and ski-out access directly from the apartment. Public parking, local trattorias, and a grocery store are all within a 5-minute walk. Turin airport is a 1 hour and 40 minutes drive from the apartment.
The apartment is well lit by large windows and two French doors leading to a private balcony at the front of the building. The open plan living area includes a sofa, Smart TV, dining table and chairs next to a spacious kitchen. The kitchenette is equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge and induction hob.

Bedroom 1: The triple bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed. Wardrobe is available for storage.

Sestriere is a charming mountain village in the Susa Valley of the Piedmont region of northern Italy.
