This little 400 sq. ft. flat located in the heart of downtown Folly Beach, South Carolina is perfect for a long weekend or weekly getaway with a small family or group of friends. You don’t need to drive anywhere since you can stroll to the pavilion pier, beach, shops, eclectic grocery store, restaurants, and nightlife.
Inside is a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a full-size fridge, stove, and dishwasher; bar height wood dining table/chairs and wall-mounted 37” flatscreen cable TV (with DVD) visible from the living area and kitchen. The spacious bedroom has two queen size beds, a wall-mounted 32” cable TV, and plenty of room for your belongings. If you’d like to update your social media, WiFi is included as well. You and your guests will get to experience an inviting, romantic beach ambiance and a renovated bath with Italian-style tile, new pedestal sink, toilet and cabinet, and fantastic water pressure for those post-beach showers.
The best of what Folly has to offer is at your doorstep. Whether it’s lounging on the beach, walking, fishing or crabbing from the pier, kayaking or paddleboarding with dolphins in the Folly River, boogie boarding or surfing in some of the best breaks on the East Coast, or just browsing the colorful shops and people watching at your choice of outdoor restaurants and watering holes, you are never far from home. Folly Beach has restaurants to fit every taste and style, all within walking distance, ranging from the elegant Blu at the Tides overlooking the Atlantic to coffee shops, seafood and crab houses, restaurants with live music, rooftop bars, Mexican, sushi, Thai, you name it–all are within a couple of blocks.
Downtown Charleston is a short 11.5-mile drive and there you’ll get to experience all the shopping and history, take a carriage ride, shop the famous covered outdoor market (three-four blocks worth!), and try the famous cuisine that helped make Charleston one of the best places in the world to visit.
