A newly built split level villa which provides comfortable accommodation for up to 5 guests, covering 73 m2 in total and promising a relaxing base for your stay, as well as an unforgettable holiday experience! Interior As you enter the ground floor you first get to see an open plan living room embellished with an open fireplace and a flat 36’ screen satellite TV and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee maker (nespresso), toaster etc. Furthermore our comfortable sofa-bed can accomondate a 5th guest in case is needed. Right accross our modern kitchen you will find a Wc and the first bedroom, consisting of 2 twin beds (can be connected together transforming a double bed) and direct access to the pool area. A few stairs upwards, is where the second bedroom of the villa is, in which there is one double bed, a beautiful balcony and a family bathroom, featuring a bathtub with cabin. All spaces are fully air-conditioned and free Wi-Fi is included through all villa premises. Exterior The outdoor area of Linari Villa consists of a 1.50m deep swimming pool, next to a well preserved lawn covered area, 4 sun beds and 2 loung chairs. Shade is also provided by a sun umbrella. A charcoil traditional bbq is waiting for you if you want to give a try to your grilling capabilities or even better invite our private chef for a unique gastronomic cretan experience served on the exterior dining table during a warm starry summer night. The villas spaces are all private! Linari Villa is located a little outside of a small settlement in Rethymno, called AgiaTriada. The village has a traditional cafe, within approximately 10 minutes walking from the villa. In general it is a private and quiet location, surrounded mainly by olive trees and fields, perfect About 3 km away for the villa you can find the villages of Pigi & Adele. Both have a few loval taverns, a bakery and a small supermarket. The closest beach called Pigianos Kampos beach is only to be reached within a 10 minutes drive and is a vast, sandy and well organised beach, with shallow waters making it ideal for families. Plenty of restaurants, some shops, atm, watersports,supermarket etc. are to be found there.
