The Space Bedrooms: The house features three spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms: - Master Bedroom: Includes a comfortable Queen bed, en-suite bathroom, overlooking the pool. - Bedroom 2: Equipped with a Queen bed, perfect for additional guests or children. - Bedroom 3: Queen bed, cozy and inviting with storage space. Living Area: The open-concept living room is bright and airy, with large windows letting in natural light. Relax on the couch and enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV. Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a coffee maker, blender and dishwasher. The dining area comfortably seats 6 and is perfect for family meals or entertaining friends. Outdoor Area: The backyard features a sparkling pool, surrounded by loungers and a sala (shaded seating area). Perfect for cooling off on a hot day! Maid Service included 6 days per week, 3-4 hours per day. Island Stay Considerations: Please be advised that Koh Samui, being an island destination, may experience occasional power outages during stay. 4. Electricity Usage : Electricity is not included in the rental price and it cost 6 THB per unit. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa. 5. Deposit : A refundable security deposit of THB 5,000 is required in cash at check-in. 6.Conciergerie service: Food delivery, massage, car or scooter rental, excursions are available through our service team every day at an additional charge.
