A toilet and a bathroom and located on the duplex part of the apartment and a bedroom is located on the duplex. Apartment completely renovated in 2023. It is very bright with large windows. At 15 minutes on foot at Châtelet-Les-Halles, you have the RER A, B and D. You will also have the metro lines 4 and 11 there. There are taxis available within a 30 second walk from the apartment.
