The Home
Located in a courtyard and on the ground floor, this is my 85 M2 apartment. You will find two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower for each, with queen size beds, two toilets of which one is separated from the bedroom.
There is also a comfortable sofa bed for two people.
Both bedrooms have Dyson fans and the living room has air conditioning (A/C).
Luxurious and modern, you will not miss anything: kitchen, TV with a multitude of channels, my haven of peace is waiting for you!

Between the Marais and the Montorgueil district, you are in the heart of the city! Discover the authentic Paris by the pedestrian streets, its shops, and the banks of the Seine, just next door! Many greengrocers, bars and gourmet addresses are spread throughout Montorgueil district, a favorite meeting place for Parisians who like to meet in this village atmosphere in the center of the capital. For fashion boutique addicts, you can stroll in the Marais district which is very lively ... even on Sundays! Lots of museums are within 2 steps of my address, the Museum of Arts et Métiers in the footsteps of inventors, the famous George Pompidou Center consisting of one of the largest collection of modern and contemporary art in the world, the Museum of Hunting and Nature in a prestigious mansion from 17th century of the Marais ...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Thank you for taking care of my apartment as if it were your own.
- Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.
- Please respect the neighbors and avoid making noise in the common areas (hallways, landings, lobby, courtyard, stairs), especially parties which I do not allow for this reason. However, if you wish to organize an event (showroom, presentation, filming, etc.), please contact me.
- Do not throw anything out of the windows (papers, trash, cigarette butts) and do not disturb the caretaker if you have a problem. Send me an email or call me directly, I am available during your stay for any issues or information.
- When you leave, I simply ask that you leave the kitchen clean and take your garbage to the designated areas. Leave the apartment as you found it (furniture and objects in their place, etc.). Do not worry about the sheets and towels, I will take care of them directly upon your departure. If the keys are lost, stolen, or forgotten, you will be responsible for the costs of their replacement, changing the lock, and the locksmith's services. Please inform me as the prices of these professionals can vary greatly! I will provide you with the contact information of a reliable licensed professional, or better yet, check the welcome booklet I have prepared, you will find the right number there!
- In accordance with the HADOPI law of December 31, 2009, we remind you that the unauthorized downloading of copyrighted material is prohibited and punishable by law.
- You will also find a lot of information in the apartment's welcome booklet, including the destinations you can call for free using the house phone. Please do not subscribe to paid TV channels, as you would have to pay the subscription until the month of cancellation (usually, subscriptions have a minimum commitment period of 1 year!)
- These rules are essential for the proper maintenance of my apartment, respect for the neighborhood, and the continuation of your reservation, so please adhere to them to ensure an ideal stay!
