The villa is located in Depressa, a hamlet of Tricase, in the lower Salento area. Surrounded by a private fenced garden with several plants, lounge areas and panoramic balconies, the property boasts two pools, open all year round: a smaller heated one (5 x 3 m, depth 1.30 m) and a larger one with a diving board (12 x 5 m, depth 1.50 m). The pools are equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and an external shower.
Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a large covered patio, furnished with sofa, dining table and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals.
Lastly, at guests’ disposal a private parking with 2 covered and 2 uncovered parking spaces.
Internal Description
The villa is made up of the main building (set on 3 floors) and a separate external suite. The entire property can accommodate up to 12 people, has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Pets are not allowed.
- Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; heating of the small pool; 2 changes of sheets and towels for stays of 14 days.
- Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€); daily cleaning service on request (25.00€/hour); shuttle service on request (150.00€); laundry and ironing service on request (25.00€/hour); change of sheets and towels on request (75.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
