The Roma neighborhood began its development in 1906 by the wealthiest families of the time, who were looking for a quiet, secluded refuge that was well-connected to the city center, where their major businesses were located. It was designed with wide boulevards, plazas, tree-lined medians, typical Parisian public sculptures, and eclectic architecture that combines styles from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. It’s a perfect neighborhood for exploring on foot and discovering the spaces that emerge daily with innovative and creative offerings, or for visiting places that offer the most renowned gastronomic offerings in our country. Today, La Roma is at the center of everything that’s currently happening in the city, and Casa Quetzal is the perfect place to begin your experience.
