Experience mountain luxury at BEAR HAUS, a stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhouse located in the coveted Bear Crossing community. With breathtaking mountain views, a cozy fireplace, a private hot tub, and all the modern amenities, this mountainside retreat is just minutes from downtown Winter Park and the slopes of Winter Park Resort.
BEDROOMS:
This beautiful home sleeps up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, mountain views, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jacuzzi tub.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a full bed, and another en-suite bathroom. A loft space offers additional sleeping with a pull-out sleeper sofa and TV.
BATHROOMS:
You’ll find 3 en-suite bathrooms, fully stocked with hotel grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Additionally, there is a half-bath on the main level.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE:
The spacious living area features large picture windows that capture the beauty of the surroundings, while the gas fireplace and a variety of board games create the perfect setting for cozy evenings with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar seating three, and a dining area that comfortably seats nine.
OUTSIDE SPACE:
Step out onto the private patio to enjoy mountain views, grill on the gas BBQ, or unwind in the private hot tub under the clear mountain skies.
Perfectly located, Bear Haus is just a 10-minute drive to Winter Park Resort, with easy access to downtown Winter Park’s dining and attractions. Hiking trails are only steps away, and the free Lift Bus stop is a short ¼ mile from the property. Families will appreciate kid-friendly amenities such as a pack-and-play and high chair.
Additional conveniences include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for two cars—one in the heated garage and one in the driveway. The home is equipped with radiant in-floor heating but does not offer air conditioning due to the cool mountain climate.
Entry is easy with a secure smart lock system using a unique code for each guest. Please note that renters must be 25 years of age or older, and pets are not allowed.
