Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • The code for the outside bathroom is 1981.
- • QUIET TIMES are 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Please show Aloha and keep outside noise to a minimum.
- • Only guests named on the contract are allowed to stay overnight on the property.
- • No smoking/vaping or pets are allowed on the property.
- • REMOVE SHOES and RINSE OFF SAND before entering the home. Shake sand from items before placing it in the washer or dryer.
- • DO NOT FLUSH tampons, pads, or wipes of any kind down the toilet. Toilet paper only.
- • Conserve energy: Turn OFF lights when not in use.
- • Do not take white bath towels outside. Use colorful beach towels provided for the beach. Do not sit on the furniture with wet clothes
- on.
- • We do use pest control, however, keeping the countertops tidy and keeping loose food items in the fridge will help keep most of them at bay.
- • If you accidentally break anything during your stay, please be sure to let us know so we can repair or replace it.
- • To use Sauna: Turn the black knob on right 2 clicks to the right, then 1 click to the left. It will automatically shut off after 15 minutes of
- use. If not clicking, press black button under panel to reset.
- • Do not manually push gate open, it will break the automatic arm. Use keypad or remote only. If not working, park outside and enter through passenger gate.
- • Kitchen sink disposal on/off button located behind cabinet door (silver button).
- • Do not touch the electrical equipment or routers on the desk in the hallway as it is used to manage the wifi for the home.
- • To prevent damage, leave blinds open or up when windows are open. Open vertical blinds completely before pushing them open, do not use force.
